Melissa Tassie is based in Columbus, Ohio, and the visionary behind The 4T Leadership Method™, a practical and human-centered framework designed to help leaders to Teach, Task, Test, and Trust their teams toward meaningful and measurable success.

With more than three decades of experience, Melissa helps organizations turn leadership theory into everyday action.

Her training and coaching provide real world solutions for leaders navigating the pressures of fast-paced environments. She teaches HOW to move from reactive to intentional, from managing tasks to mobilizing talent.

She’s known for guiding leaders through the challenges that hold teams back, avoiding tough conversations, managing peer dynamics, or letting the business run them instead of the other way around.
